DELTATEL is a company specialized in providing services that enable operators, large companies and public institutions to offer voice, data and video communication solutions to end users. In the last few years DELTATEL has also become an equipment supplier, becoming a partner of several companies such as Juniper, Cambridge BNL, Fusan, Syneto, etc thus moving to a new stage in its development, offering turn-key solutions which include equipment and services. The goal of each project carried out by DELTATEL is to obtain the highest degree of satisfaction, both in terms of business needs and in terms of human interaction and collaboration between employees. Our IoT Business unit increased a lot its international exposure therefore we are eager to welcome new talented colleagues in our Team. As per our  “ Company for next generations” initiative, we are introducing a new business line of “distribution network” for IoT cutting-edge products and solutions. and currently we are building a new team with great people who will design, build, and lead this business line into the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 24*7 Alarm monitoring of RAN elements. Ticket creation, resolving, and closing incident records. Escalate critical/major incidents based on escalation matrix with all stakeholders. Diagnosis of all minor, major and critical alarms. Troubleshooting of known faults/Identified scenarios Resolve the tickets and incidents by analysis and identification techniques. Responding to an alarm notification to evaluate the impact of the alarm. Able to handle alarm generated form RAN network SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE: Experience of working with other mobile service providers is an advantage. Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering is a plus. Experience in multivendor equipment like Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson RAN equipment it is useful. Have fundamental knowledge of 2G,3G and 4G network. The availability of working in 24X7 shift operations is a requirement. German speaking skills with B2 competency. English writing and speaking skills. The role of an IP Technician Level 1 in Germany typically involves entry-level tasks and responsibilities in the field of IP networking. Main responsibilities: IP Technician is responsible for the physical installation of IP/ Optics equipment at residential premises or business/telecommunication premises. This includes installing fiber optic cables, switches, routers, access or optical equipment, or any other necessary networking devices required; Basic configuration of the Network Equipment, setting up the necessary network parameters, such as IP addresses, Wi-Fi settings, and security protocols to establish a working connection; Testing the connections to ensure the equipment is functioning correctly, and troubleshoot any connectivity or performance issues that may arise during or after the installation process (includes verifying the speed, latency, and reliability of the internet connection); Network Monitoring - monitoring the network infrastructure, tracking the performance of routers, switches, and other networking devices; Documentation: IP Technician would assist in maintaining network documentation, which includes keeping records of network configurations, changes, and incident reports; Collaboration with other teams, such as network planners / project managers / managed services teams, to ensure smooth and efficient installations; Troubleshooting in case of network issues, assist in identifying and diagnosing the problems. This may involve working with more experienced engineers to resolve technical issues related to connectivity, routing, or configuration errors. Requirements: German language, medium conversational level is mandatory; Working in Germany, which includes job relocation; Driving license - mandatory; Networking Knowledge of IP networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols. Understanding fiber optic technology, and related network equipment; CCNA or any other similar certification would be a plus, even if only partial modules have been finalized; A good understanding of fiber optic systems such as physical connectors, testing procedures is important for the proper installation and maintenance of connections; Company provides technical trainings needed and required for such role; Since the role involves direct interaction with customers, strong customer service and communication skills are essential. The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals and address customer concerns with professionalism is important.
